Director

​He is a special honorary professor / specially appointed professor at Shinshu University. Since 1990, as a professor at the Faculty of Engineering, Shinshu University, he has been engaged in research mainly on the electronic properties of innovative carbon nanomaterials and their applications. He has consistently researched and developed basic science and applications of innovative carbon nanomaterials.

He joined Shinshu University in 2010. Currently working as a specially appointed professor. He has experience in the preparation and applications of polymer nanocomposites. His interest are the development of polymer-nanocarbon composites and molecular dynamics.

Dr. Aaron Morelos Gómez

He joined Shinshu University since 2011 and is currently serving as a specially appointed professor. His experience consists in the synthesis, characterization, and applications of carbon nanomaterials. His interests are the development of energy devices and enhanced oil lubricity with the application of materials informatics.

He joined Shinshu University in 2021 as a postdoctoral researcher. His main work is based on the synthesis, analysis, and development of carbon nanocomposites membranes for desalination technologies and water treatment.
